Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
Products that are damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping will not be accepted.
3️⃣ Ship the Product
Our team will guide you on the return shipping process.
Depending on your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
4️⃣ Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used at checkout.
It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
